I have served as administrative negotiator for the Greater Johnstown, Armstrong and Marion Area School Districts during contract negotiations with collective bargaining associations. I also performed the Human Resources duties while working in the aforementioned school districts. The duties included the resolution of grievances from the professional and support staff collective bargaining associations, arbitration hearings as well as investigations dealing with labor/employment issues.
